Refund Policy
We offer a 45-day return window, allowing you up to 45 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return and ensure the item is returned to us.
To qualify for a return:
• You must provide proof of purchase, including your order number.
• Include a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
• The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and include all accessories.
• A picture or video of the item(s) is required.
• Provide a clear image of the lot number found on the bottom of the bottle.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, and international orders do not qualify for free return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
Our team carefully checks every order before shipping to prevent any issues during transit. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to us immediately after delivery. Provide a detailed description, along with photos or videos of the damage, and include an image of the lot number on the bottle.
This helps us improve our packaging process. We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the damaged product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If an order is refused at the delivery address provided or fails to pass customs and is returned to our warehouse, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and certain personal care products (like beauty items). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For specific questions regarding your product, please contact us.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is by returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. Please contact us at returns@hydrogenmax-usa.com to start the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the shipping fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
