Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

Allura Health & Wellness ships orders within the United States and, where applicable, internationally using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or comparable providers. Available shipping options (for example, ground, expedited, or next-day delivery) will be presented at checkout based on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to select a comparable shipping method if it provides faster or more reliable delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment is successfully completed. During periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen delays, processing times may extend to 2–4 business days.

Orders are not shipped until payment has been fully processed and approved. Same-day processing is not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions or thresholds may apply as displayed at checkout.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order cannot be shipped or is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or failure to provide requested verification information, Allura Health & Wellness is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

All orders are considered fulfilled once they are transferred to the shipping carrier. At that point, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Carrier delivery confirmation, including tracking updates indicating “delivered,” serves as proof of delivery. Allura Health & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for securing their delivery location. If you have concerns about package security, we recommend requesting signature confirmation when available.

Shipping Protection and Claims

If you encounter an issue with your delivery, such as damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, please contact us at care@allurahw.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Claims must include all relevant details and supporting documentation, including photos and tracking information. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.

We may assist in investigating claims with the carrier; however, resolution is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier policies and claim approval.

We consider a package potentially lost if:

  • Tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received after 3 business days
  • There have been no tracking updates for more than 7 business days for domestic shipments or 14 business days for international shipments

Allura Health & Wellness reserves the right to classify shipments as delayed rather than lost during periods of carrier disruption, including weather events, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Packages left unattended or delivered per customer instructions
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
  • Customs delays or import restrictions
  • Refused shipments or unpaid duties and taxes
  • Items returned in unsellable condition
  • Dissatisfaction with product performance, which is addressed under the return policy and not shipping protection

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and import requirements.

Allura Health & Wellness is not responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or regulatory restrictions imposed by the destination country. Any delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.

If a shipment is held, delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, this is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and any return shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.

If customs fees or duties are refused and the shipment is returned, associated costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Delivery Confirmation

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation will be considered valid proof of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure receipt of the package.
