At Allura Health & Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality products and a premium customer experience. Due to the nature of certain products we offer, our return policy varies by product category.
Important Notice
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations, peptides, supplements, ingestible products, and certain personal care items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances once an order has been processed.
Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Peptides and research compounds
- Supplements, vitamins, and ingestible products
- Opened or used personal care or cosmetic products
- Products requiring controlled storage or handling
- Gift cards
These items cannot be returned due to safety, contamination risk, and regulatory compliance standards.
Eligible Returns (Devices and Equipment Only)
Certain products such as devices, equipment, and non-consumable items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- A photo or video of the item may be required
Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Packaging and shipping label
- Lot number (when applicable)
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and any applicable processing or handling costs.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused, returned due to incorrect address, or deemed undeliverable:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted
International Orders
All international orders are considered final sale.
Allura Health & Wellness is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or product seizure by regulatory authorities.
If an international shipment is refused, held, or returned by customs, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.
