Subscription Policy

At Allura Health & Wellness, we offer flexible purchasing options, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy offers. This cancellation policy explains how to manage or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to one of our products, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select during checkout. These repeat deliveries will continue until you cancel the subscription.

  • Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay for a set number of shipments in advance. Payments are processed at the start of each subscription cycle.
  • Auto-renewal: Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next cycle begins.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Simply follow the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription settings. From there, you can adjust the frequency, pause shipments, or cancel altogether.
  • Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return a product from a subscription, please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to proceed.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not currently in stock or are set to be released in the future.

  • Payment: You may be asked to make a partial payment or no payment at all during checkout. We will securely store your payment details and charge the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship.
  • Cancellation: If the pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it anytime. However, once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
  • Fulfillment: Once the product is in stock, we will process the order, complete any outstanding payment, and ship it to you.

Try Before You Buy

Our try-before-you-buy option gives you the chance to evaluate the product before fully committing to the purchase.

  • Payment Authorization: When you opt for this program, we will place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method for the full purchase amount. This hold will not be charged unless the trial period expires without a return.
  • Trial Period: You will have a set period to test the product and decide whether you want to keep it. If you decide not to keep the item, simply return it within the trial period to avoid being charged.
  • Charges: If you keep the product beyond the trial period without returning it, your payment method will be charged for the full amount of the product.
